Seeking a 4-Month Sublet in NYC (July–October 2025) – Apartment Swap Possible!

We’ll be in New York from July 1 to October 31, 2025, for an artist residency at ISCP in Brooklyn and are looking for a small but private apartment (starting at 320 sq ft / 30 m²) to call home during this time. Ideally, we'd love to be close to ISCP, but we're open to other areas in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

A furnished apartment

Minimum 320 sq ft / 30 m²

Budget: up to $2,600/month

If a 4-month rental isn’t possible, we’re also open to shorter periods.

🏡 What we can offer:
We could do an apartment swap with our lovely Parisian apartment or a house in Tuscany for part or all of the rental period.

About This Lister

Hi! We are an artist couple from Austria and Norway, currently based in Paris and Lunigiana, Italy. Anaïs works interdisciplinary across photography, installation, and video, with a deep passion for artist’s books. Eilert is a musician and painter who also works as a sound designer.

Beyond our artistic practice, we love traveling, strolling through new neighborhoods, and exploring nature. We also share a passion for books—not just reading them but making them, too! Lately, we have been renovating our new house in Lunigiana/Tuscany, which we would throw in for a swap as well.
