Location: Waterbury Street between Maujer and Ten Eyck streets in East Williamsburg. Two blocks from L train subway stop Grand Ave.

This is a desk and workspace within a shared artist studio. You will be one of four artists that share a 760 square foot space, with a 200 sq feet area to yourself. Given our schedules, you will often have the entire space to yourself! Other artists work in video, sound, and painting and each have a desk area.

Access: On the ground floor. There is one step up from street level into the studio.

-Space not suitable for heavy fabrication work generating a lot of dust, wood particles, or smoke, or processes that involve highly toxic materials that need ventilation
-Bathroom does not have a slop sink

About This Lister

I am a queer POC multidisciplinary artist working in film, dance, and sculpture from NYC. Traveling for a few months for an artist residency and want to make this very affordable space available to an artist who needs it. My studiomates and I have been sharing space since 2017 and found this studio in 2021. It is dear to us and we take great care of it.
