Sunny, lovely, private studio/office available for sublet when I take parental leave! This is a dream space with good vibes. Ideal for any desk-oriented work... writing, editing, etc. Huge windows with northern exposure, high ceilings. Two desks and a couch. I will clear the desktop computer and personal items. Two space heaters, wi-fi, air purifier, printer.
It's within a larger suite of shared studios, but completely walled off, so very quiet. Bathrooms and kitchen (fridge microwave etc) in the shared space. Nontoxic only. Up one flight of stairs.
NOT A LIVE/WORK STUDIO.
