important: the electricity/heating charges are responsibility of the subleter. They must pay the entire value that comes on the bill.
I’m looking for a responsible person, with a friendly behavior, that can be extremely respectful with the work that will be co-existing in the studio.
I won't be going so much to the studio but here will be exceptions where I will set the studio only with my things to do studio visits. this won't happen much as I will be traveling most of the period, but is important that the subletter is comfortable about it.
please write me with any doubts, I'm very open for finding solutions on possible special needs and shorter or extended periods :)
