My 1 bedroom apartment is available starting mid January for at least 6 months. You can rent it for a minimum of one month.

It was fully renovated in 2017 - everything from floors, fixtures, to appliances, etc. is brand new.

It features a large living & dining room, equipped with a projector & screen (full cable), a piano, and 3 windows with beautiful views and lots of sunlight at all times of day.
The bedroom has a lot of storage and us very quiet. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room (queen size).
The toilet is separate. The bathroom features a rain shower, washer-dryer.
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and has a dishwasher and all brand new appliances. It also has filtered water on tap.
There is triple glazing-throughout which guarantees lots of quiet while being located in a very central location!
No elevator.

There is an extra bedroom that we plan on using for storage and which will be locked. It is a children's bedroom and if of interest we're open to figuring out a solution.

The building features one apartment per floor, so it's a quiet building and very friendly. It is located near Arts et Metiers metro stop (less than 30 second walk to the metro). It's a five-seven minute walk to the Pompidou Center, 10 minute walk to the Seine river. It is right in the heart of the Marais with access to amazing shopping, restaurants, cafes, and people-watching ;) There's a boulangerie in the building across the street - if you get up early enough you'll smell the croissants from the living room!

A franco-american-british-italian family of four, youngest two members are 3 years and 6 months old! We are leaving Paris for a few months to move to Italy for work. We love our apartment, we love our neighborhood, we love our city! We hope you will too :)
