Rental requirements
• Rent is to be paid upfront for the entire duration of the stay (monthly if the stay exceeds one month) along with a $500 refundable deposit. If you rent longer (a month or more) I can offer a small discount.
• Electricity and internet are included in the cost.
• The apartment is available from December 21, 2024, to March 31, 2025, for a flexible duration.
• Maximum of 2 guests; ID proof is required for all guests. Travel insurance is required.
• Guests are expected to clean the apartment during their stay.
• Guests are expected to leave the apartment exactly as received. Please report any damages (e.g., broken glasses).
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
• Quiet hours are normally from 10 PM to 7 AM, though this is more relaxed on weekends in Paris, as long as neighbors are not disturbed.
• Please treat the space as your own and take care of it accordingly.
• The host is available for assistance via email or SMS at short notice (calls not accepted).
• The host can be present for check-in and check-out to hand over keys; alternatively, keys can be collected from a keybox located 100 meters away.
