Fully furnished and decorated two bedroom with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub and shower in a recently renovated building. There's a dishwasher and TV with Roku, as well. A kind, respectful roommate occupies the second room.

It's a 5 minute walk from the 2 and the 5 trains and a 12 minute walk from the Q train, with laundry in the basement, a rooftop, and a garden. Apartment is located on the 5th floor -- no elevator -- the top floor allows for an unobstructed view and unfiltered light. Very spacious and very homey! I'm able to show in person and over video call.

Very close to Prospect Park and lots of good restaurants and bars.

Dates (slightly flexible/negotiable): November 20-January 20th
Price: $1,850, plus utilities and wifi (to be split with a roommate)
