Hi everyone, we've got a room opening up in our sunny, corner Brooklyn apartment in Fort Greene/Clinton Hill area! Move in date is somewhat flexible between February 15th and March 1st. We're ideally looking for a working professional to come live with us short term for 6 months (March- August). After August 1st, the room will not be available, so this is not a long-term option :)

About the apartment:
3 BR/1 BA on the border of Fort Greene and Clinton Hill. Very close to the G, A/C, 10-min walk to ALL the trains at Atlantic Terminal (2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R/W). Fort Greene Park is also a lovely short walk away. There are tons of restaurants, bars, cafés along Fulton, DeKalb, and Gates, just 5 minutes away.

The bedroom can fit a queen sized mattress and has a decent sized closet. The kitchen/living/dining area is open, and the living space gets great light.

Rent is a great deal for the area at $1,100 month. Utilities (including Wi-Fi) usually come out to around $50/month each, with a higher bill during the height of summer. The bed is free if desired, but room can also come unfurnished. Desks and shelves are for sale if interested.
