Hello, my partner and I are an engaged couple who have rented this apartment for 1.5 years. We started the process of looking for an apartment to purchase in September, thinking it would take some time. Fortunately, we found our dream apartment much faster than expected. Unfortunately, we are moving January 30th and our lease ends June 30th.

We've loved our time at the Ormonde. The apartment has been an amazing entertaining space with its spacious layout and rooftop. We found everything we could've dreamed of for a rental in the Ormonde.

We are looking for a lease take-over for our lease ending June 30th, but the building will resign a new one year lease. We'll be showing the apartment as the tenants and therefore you will be avoiding the broker fee.

We hope to find tenants who love this apartment as much as we do!
