Charming 2-bedroom cottage in Middlefield, Massachusetts with AC, WiFi, wood fired sauna

The house is from 1924, we bought it in 2020 and spent the last four years restoring it. The house sits on 20 acres of private land with no neighbors for a half mile. Completely quiet and lovely part of the countryside with tons to do and see nearby. This is very much a writers retreat heaven!
