The apartment is on the top floor of a three floor walk-up.

Located a couple of blocks from Prospect Park on a quiet block in a great neighborhood with easy access to shops and restaurants.
Nested in Saint John's Place between Washington Ave and Underhill Ave.

About This Lister

We are a couple from Canada and Spain who's been living in NYC for the past 2 years.
We love our apartment and the neighborhood!

We will be travelling for the duration of the sublet and we hope to find someone who will enjoy and take care of the apartment while we are away!
