Hi! I’m a pianist/composer in Carroll Gardens, and I’m subletting my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for June and July. I’ve lived in many apartments in New York, this one is the nicest for sure, with giant windows and a view of a quiet, tree-lined street with brownstones on either side. The building has a beautiful view from the roof, and I spend much of my summer sitting up there. Second floor walk-up. Short walk to the subway, bars and restaurants, and it’s easy to get to Prospect Park + Brooklyn Bridge Park.
