My two lovely roommates and cat are looking for someone for the third bedroom starting November 20th- March 1—We have lived in this apartment for five years, and we love this place! Lots of light with lovely high ceilings. We have a cozy gas fireplace and a beautiful little patio. We are an end unit that is not facing the street, so there is no street noise, and it’s calm and quiet. We have our own private laundry room, conveniently located upstairs with the bedrooms. Complete kitchen with dishwasher included. Both central heating and air. There is a half bathroom on the main floor and two full bathrooms upstairs. Your personal bathroom would be shared with one other girl upstairs. There is easy street parking, and sometimes an open guest parking spot in the garage— but you will have your own parking spot in the garage! We are in a great location with a Ralph’s, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s all 3-5 minutes away. Ventura Blvd is 5 minutes away, and we are super close to both the 101 and the 170. Rent is $1300 a month. We pay for gas, electric and internet. Water and trash are covered by the landlord. Things we are looking for: - Woman (preferably 25+) - Professional (preferably not working from home, but we understand the times!) - Clean - Mature - Music Friendly - No couples - No-cigarette smoking - 420 friendly (just not inside) This is not a party home, but they love chill hangouts, and they want to keep that dynamic! This spot really is a gem so Im looking for a great person to take my place!
