The apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large living room area and a brand new open kitchen (as in, fully re-done in June 2024!).
We have roughly 1000 square feet.
Special perks: the primary bedroom is bright and full of plants.
My son's room has a super cool loft bed (with a full sized mattress).
The kitchen was just completely redone.
The building has a very nice community of long term tennants.
Amazing restaurants - Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, Ethiopian, Burmese, diners (TOM'S DINER!), Bagel places and of course lots of bars on Franklin, Washington and Vanderbilt, all around the corner.
Several great playgrounds, Children's Museum, Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens, Prospect Park within 10 minutes walk.

There are two work spaces: one with an adjustable height-table in the living room (surrounded by art/history/social science/philosophy books) and one below the loft bed in the kid's room.

All utilities (Wifi, water, electricity, gas) included. Unfortunately, we do not have a washer/drier but several laundromats are a two minute-walk away. Wifi is super fast, with extenders reaching into both bedrooms.
