There is some furniture but you can bring your own. It can also store lots of luggage for travelers. There is plenty of storage space and it has two closets. If you need to stay for a longer period you can also furnish the apartment with your own furniture.
It is located on South 4th st. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. A short walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants in Williamsburg. It is two blocks from the Hewes Stop on the J,M,Z line and four blocks from the Lorimer stop on the L, G train.

This has been my apartment for 15 years and I am making the apartment available as a sublet to travelers or people moving to New York.
Rental requirements
The rent is month to month starting on November 1st. It is a flat monthly rent of $2,000. The gas, electric, and internet bills are included in the rent. There is a security deposit of $300 to secure the apartment and to ensure that the apartment is in decent condition and the bed remaining once the subleter leaves.
