East/West facing windows, sunlit on a quiet block. Central AC + washer/dryer + access to rooftop. You will be sharing bathroom with 1 roommate. Apartment has full kitchen and big cozy living room with fireplace and everything else you need. 3 min walk to C train and 5min to G train. 10min walk to Fort Greene Park. Truly the best neighborhood in BK, with Whole foods close by, farmers market and many amazing restaurant and bar options in walking distance.
