I’m George (they/them), and I’m out of the space because I moved in with my partner. Jay was honestly the best roommate I have ever had, could not recommend him enough!!
Current tenant
After you see the place and meet Jay, if it’s a good fit, we reserve the right to do a credit check per the landlords requirements (no fee needed from you). Most recent 2 paystubs, 2 bank statements, ID, and 1st page of most recent tax return. Assuming that checks out, the landlord will meet you at the building at a mutually decided time to sign the lease, and a security deposit and first month rent are required upon signing.
Cats allowed as long as discussed with Jay beforehand and a plan is in place for litterbox! Dogs unfortunately not allowed in the building.
