Unit is massive and going for a great price. Below market as same unit two floors lower, rented for $5600/month this past week. This unit is a great deal for the size. I am leaving to the city and looking for a lease re-assignment.

I have lived in NYC for the past seven years and am now moving on from the city. Looking for someone to take over my lease. This building is exceptionally located and the apartment is sunny with beautiful views. Will miss my sunsplashed mornings but know the next tenant will enjoy the space. The apartment is a great deal $$$. I lived in this building in 2017-2018 and moved back in 2022. Really well located and can't beat the accessibility with all the train lines and stores right outside your door.
