I’m looking for a lovely lady to share to rent a room a lovely apartment in the Rockaways. I’ve found a beautiful apartment near the beach and surf zone that would be perfect for a laid-back coastal lifestyle.

Apartment Details:

April 1st move-in
1 Year lease agreenment
Deposit equal to 1 month
Budget: $1800/mo plus utilities (possibly $1600/mo)
3BR place

The room for rent is a massive space, almost like two rooms in one. It gets incredible sunlight. It comes with two massive closets in the room.

Apartment has separate washer and dryer, dishwasher, hall closets so ample storage, x2 full bathrooms, and an open space living room. It’s in a beautiful complex just a two minute walk to the beach and faces the ocean. It is in the Alverne complex in the Rockaways.

I’ve lived alone for the past 6 years and I have all main furnishings for the new space (dining table, sofa, kitchen supplies, etc.)

About You: I’d love to find someone around my age with similar interests and vibes. Financial stability and good credit are important, and a love for dogs is a must! I’m looking for a roommate who shares my values around communication and cleanliness. Ideally, we’d have a friendship and hangs together with respect for each other’s space as well.
