Hiya. We have one room available in our cozy 3-bedroom apartment. The room is spacious enough to fit a queen-sized bed, plus a dresser and/or desk. It also features a large closet with additional storage space.

The apartment has three bedrooms, exposed brick throughout, a comfortable living room, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essential appliances. A bonus is the private back porch surrounded by lush greenery. The available room is on that side of the apartment, so you'll wake up to birdsong in the morning.

The apartment is furnished, and we’re not looking to bring much additional furniture into the common spaces, but we’re flexible. The bedroom itself will be unfurnished.

There’s no laundry in the building, but a laundromat is just down the block — a quick two-minute walk away. Our super is frequently in the area, so if any issues arise, he’s quick to help us out.

We’re a five-minute walk to Herbert Von King Park and about 30 minutes from Fort Greene Park. The neighborhood has plenty of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, along with a few grocery options (Lincoln Market, Mitch's Provisions, and Mr. Kiwi).

The G train at Myrtle-Willoughby is just a few blocks away (5 minute walk), and the Myrtle-Broadway J/M stop is about a 10-minute walk.

About This Lister

One roommate (he/him) works in marketing with a hybrid/remote schedule, and the other (she/they) is a cook at a restaurant in the city. Both of us are in our late twenties.

We’re laid-back, easygoing, clean, and very friendly. We value a peaceful living environment with mutual respect among roommates and neighbors. This isn’t really a "bring the party home" kind of place, but we do love hosting friends and family. We strive to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in our home.
