The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) of a Bushwick row house, and has a large private rooftop terrace with a great view of the Manhattan sky line. It is a large open-concept apartment with plenty of natural light.

The location is in between two train lines (J & L Halsey stops) and one block away from Irving Square Park.

You will be taking over a portion of the lease for a roommate who is moving out. You will be sharing the apartment with 1 other roomate who is staying in the apartment. The lease renews April 1, 2024. The start date is flexible.

The ideal roommate is a working professional who prefers a tidy and respected home.
