I am the leaseholder and occupy one small bedroom but just a few days out of the month when I'm in town for work. The secondary bedroom/bath is occupied by an excellent Brooklyn native.

The approx. 11x14 primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom has one large and one smaller closet and a private balcony (4'x8') overlooking the backyard.

The common spaces are the kitchen and a living/dining room area, and there's a balcony off of the living room at the front of the building.

The apartment is 1 block from the Prospect Av R train stop and 6 blocks from the 4th Av F train stop. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 2 blocks.

No smoking inside please, but there are balconies--just don't make a mess.

I'm a 51 year old male, and I lived in this apartment for 15 years until I changed my primary residence to Denver. My work is still in Brooklyn, so I use the third bedroom more or less 1 week out of 6 when I'm in town. For many years I have lived and worked in this neighborhood, doing NYC based specialty fabrication, including art and museum cases among other things.

The other renter is in his mid-30s and has no pets.

I'll be in town to meet people and show the place the week of 11/18.
