This is a clean, warm, relaxing space.
The room has a bed, desk, hanging space, doesn't hear much street noise, linen sheets, lots of plants and soft morning light. A couple could happily stay in this room. The size of the room is 135.2 square feet.
The apartment itself is up two flights of stairs and is on the third floor. It has two bathrooms, one fully functioning kitchen, one shower, living room and extra seating space next to tiled library (see pictures).
I have been living here for a year now with my roommate and we take a lot of pride in the apartment and love the neighbourhood!! We live a five minute walk to the Nostrand AC line, 10 minute walk to the G Train, and loads of bus services.

I am an Australian living in Brooklyn, studying English at grad school. Before moving here I had a career in dance. I'm into the arts and reading. I believe a home space should be calm and nurturing and I've tried to make it as much like that as possible. There's lots of plants.
When I first came to check out the apartment, I immediately fell in love with it! It has a lot of wood, tall ceilings in the common areas and beautiful hand tiling applied by the previous tenant.
