Seeking a neat, clean, considerate, responsible, drama-free person, with no pets or smoking, to rent the 2nd bedroom (with private bathroom) in my apartment half a block from Central Park. I am mostly away, so you'll almost always have the apartment to yourself.
This is an ideal situation for someone looking for a half-priced furnished apartment in a prime neighborhood, with an easy-going, rarely present roommate.
Long-term rental is ideal, but short term (6 months or more) also works. First month's rent and security deposit paid upfront.
Pets Policy
Hypoallergenic cat may be allowable, depending on specifics.
