Moving out in February and looking for someone to takeover the lease from March 1st( can move in earlier) through Aug 31sr 2025, with option to renew.

Apartment is a 3bd/2ba( you would be sharing the bathroom with one other roommate).

Comes with dishwasher, w/d in unit and 2 outdoor spaces( plus a shared rooftop for building). Room itself fits a queen size bed, plus plenty of furniture and has 2 closets.

The room will be unfurnished.

You’ll be living with 2 female roommates, both late twenties, clean friendly, no pets, and non smokers.
