The apartment is part of a brand new development and my roommate and I were the first to live in it. The apartment features amazing natural light and views of the New York city sky line.
While you get your own private bathroom and bedroom, this is a shared space with 1 roommate (although she rarely uses the living room). Washer/dryer also shared in unit.
The apartment building offers a lounge and gym, with a roof top space just a floor above. 36th St train station is just a four minute walk from the building, and trendy industry city is just a five minute walk.
