My place is a beautiful, peaceful and bright space with high ceilings and hardwood floors, lots of plants and space to stretch out.

This is my primary residence, so it will come with my things and furniture -- looking for a resident who will treat them with care.

My bedroom has a queen size bed with three sets of bedding. I will clear out a dresser in the bedroom and make space in the bedroom closet, along with the front entrance closet, but otherwise my things will remain. Happy to discuss how much space you'll need to make sure you are comfortable!

I like to cook so I think my kitchen is fairly well equipped with most things you need. I have an electric stove, a big fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, rice cooker, steamer, and aeropress for coffee. I will likely leave some things in the fridge/freezer but you will find it clean.

My living room has a nice three seater brown leather couch, a coffee table and a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, and Apple+.

The office is bright with a skylight and a wooden chair, desk and a comfy green couch as well. The closet in the office is full of random things, including spare duvets, toolbox, sewing kit, boardgames, space heater and fan.

The place has central air, wifi, washer/dryer in the unit. The bathroom has a tub if you enjoy baths (epsom salt included!)

I like to be mindful of the environment so I use a compost bin that I keep by the sink in the kitchen, use the space heater in the bedroom at night (instead of heating the whole place), and only use the dishwasher and washer/drying after 7pm on weekdays. The garbage room is located at the back of the building (you have to go outside and down a flight of stairs) to access the room. We have garbage, recycling and compost bins.

I have an extra big exercise mat with a few weights, pilates ball, lacross ball and foam roller.

I keep my place clean and uncluttered. I have a robo-vaccum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies.

My apartment is on the second floor of a small two-storey boutique building. Unfortunately there is no elevator and is not accessible for someone in a wheelchair.

The building is located on a quiet residential street, a 20-minute walk to Dufferin Subway Station, and a 7-min walk to the industrial Geary Avenue with local brewery, winery, bars and restaurants. Grocery stores, Earlscourt Park are about 10-mins walk away and there are many cute cafes within walking distance as well.

I am a filmmaker who values a sacred space for myself to be comfortable and creative. I've put lots of thought into the things I have in my home and like to keep things tidy. I have lots of thriving plants that I make me happy =]

I am the owner of this apartment and I live here full time. I rarely rent out my place, and when I do, it is often to people I know. I am looking for a likeminded individual who will make themselves at home and treat my place with respect. This is a non-smoking building. If you smoke anything, you have to do it outside. I would want my subletter to feel comfortable here, use anything they like and communicate with me if anything isn't working or is damaged during their time here. I'm not comfortable with pets in my space while I'm away, so thank you for your understanding.
