We are looking for 1-2 persons to sublet our place while we are away.

Super spacious 1,100 sq ft, 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 story apartment located in outer Potrero Hill / Dogpatch, with plenty natural light. Living room and kitchen are bright and airy with amazing 17 foot high ceilings and windows facing east and south. Main bedroom is located on the second floor, and the second bedroom is a loft overlooking the living room, which we use as an office, perfect for working from home with views of the bay. 2 bathrooms, one with a nice skylight.

The place is fully furnished and we keep it super clean. Queen size bed, TV, fully-equiped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, central heating, high-speed Google Webpass wi-fi, printer, 2 standing desks, Steelcase office chairs, 27in and 24in 4K monitors. Laundry machines in the building.

We have a cat, but he will travel with us and won't be in the apartment. Some cat furniture will still be around :)

Superb location, very walkable neighborhood. Just 4 minutes away from 22nd St Caltrain station, 3rd St. Muni Tram, and many other buses. Seconds away from 101 and 280 freeways, will get you anywhere. Ample street parking available. Walking distance to many incredible Dogpatch and Potrero Hill restaurants and bars, such as Plow, Souvla, Piccino, Farley's, Linea Coffee, Ruby Wine, Chez Maman, and many more. Local markets walking distance and Whole foods / Safeway 7min drive away.

About This Lister

I'm a graphic designer and my wife is a conservation biologist. We work mostly from home and she commutes to Palo Alto a few times a week. We will be traveling for work/holidays and would love to find someone to take care and enjoy our place as much as we do.

We have a beautiful orange cat (who you might see in some of the pictures) but he will travel with us and won't be at the apt. We love nature, good music, good food and good coffee.
