My partner and I are subletting our cozy one-bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy. We're looking for an individual or a couple to enjoy and take care of our home while we're away!

This 2nd-floor apartment has high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Everything you'd want/need is a short walk away (grocery stores, pharmacies, laundry, cafes, restaurants, etc). It's about a 20-minute walk to Fort Greene Park and a 15-minute walk to Herbert Von King Park. It's about a 10-minute walk to two different G train stops.

The apartment itself has large windows, gets great morning light, is fully furnished, and can definitely accommodate folks who work from home. In the main living area, there's a purple couch, a formica extendable dining table with chrome legs, a fully-mirrored desk, and an antique bookcase stocked with books that you're more than welcome to borrow.

The bedroom gets great morning light, too! There, we have a full bed and a mirrored wardrobe for clothing. The bathroom has a tub and fully tiled walls.

The kitchen is fully stocked (in addition to the regular pots, pans, etc we have espresso pots, a coffee grinder, an immersion blender, a smoothie blender, and a popcorn machine).

There's high-speed internet—great for working from home. There's a Roku TV with HBO Max, Criterion, Hulu, and Netflix. All utilities are included in the price. Unfortunately, no furry friends, sorry!

We're subletting the place from Dec 19th to Jan 17th. Preference will be given to someone who can stay the whole/most of the time.
