Your new home is perfectly positioned off Flatbush Avenue, a mere 0.3 miles from Prospect Park's, Parkside and Ocean Avenue entrance. The vibrant neighborhood offers everything within walking distance – from laundromats and grocery stores to cozy cafes and restaurants.
You'll have full access to our well-appointed kitchen (featuring a stove, microwave, and dishwasher), and the inviting dining room. While the living room is primarily used as a play space for our 4-year-old daughter after school, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy.
You'll be sharing this welcoming space with us – a couple and our lovely 4-year-old daughter. On weekdays we're at work and school and on weekends, we're often around throughout the day and are always happy to share local tips and recommendations to help you explore the city.
The bedroom is located on the second floor, accessible by 20 interior steps, offering both privacy and a serene garden view away from street noise.
About This Lister
We're an active, creative family – I'm an art teacher and my partner is a personal trainer. You'll often find us running, cycling, tending to our garden, or exploring the city's countless activities. When we're home, we love cooking, reading, and enjoying movies together.
As parents of a young child, we maintain an early schedule: morning runs at 6 AM and bedtime around 8-9 PM. While you're welcome to keep your own hours, we kindly ask that quiet hours begin at 10 PM. For everyone's comfort and privacy, overnight guests are not permitted.
Expect a home filled with creativity, healthy living, and respect for each other's space and routines!

Rental requirements
To make your move-in process seamless, we've simplified the rental terms: As a short-term sublet, there's no security deposit or credit check required. We simply ask for the full rental payment upon confirmation to secure your space.
We're flexible with viewing times, and either my partner or I would be happy to show you the room. Please reach out only if you're seriously interested in renting.
Pets Policy
Pet-friendly with conditions: Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome! Your furry friend must be non-destructive, comfortable around children (we have a 4-year-old), and quiet enough to maintain our peaceful home environment. Please note any pets when inquiring.
