Hi there! I'm renting a bright, comfortable, pretty spacious furnished bedroom in my apartment. The room has two windows that get direct sunlight during the much of the day and a sizable closet with two shelves. It is furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, and nightstand. A large closet in the front hallway of the apartment is included along with an AC for the warmer weather that is hopefully headed our way. I also have a nice-sized office/studio in the apartment, which is available either shared or private for an additional cost if interested. The apartment is pretty large, and the bedrooms (the available bedroom and my own) are on opposite sides of the space.
The apartment has a dishwasher, and the building (a 6-floor elevator building) has laundry on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, including an air fryer, and has a Breville espresso machine. The building is located 1 block away from the Q train at Beverley Road and a short walk (5-ish minutes) to the B/Q at Church Street. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and the like on the surrounding blocks, and Prospect Park is close by. There is a nearby farmers market on Sundays.
Utilities (electric and wifi) run about $150 total per month, so you could expect to pay around $75 per month, more if the AC is running frequently.
I'm flexible on move-in date and length of stay. The space is available until June 30.
Feel free to reach out with questions or if you're interested in seeing the space.
I am 35, a consultant working in international development, and travel frequently (so, you'd have the place to yourself on a fairly regular basis). I also surf so am often at the beach when not traveling. I'd be happy to share my space with someone who is neat and clean, quiet, and enjoys a peaceful home. I'd prefer someone who does not work from home more than 2 or 3 days a week and who has an active lifestyle.

Proof of income/ability to pay rent; rent & security due for move-in will depend upon length of stay and be pro-rated
The building allows dogs, though I am allergic to some breeds, so this would be on a case-by-case basis. No cats.
