Subletting a sunny Bushwick room for the summer. I really love this space - looking for someone to enjoy it and take care of it for a couple months.

June 15-August 15, dates can be flexible

$1470/month + utilities

2 blocks from the L (Jefferson), 15 min walk to the M/J/Z (Myrtle Ave)

The room will have a bed, desk, shelves, and space to store things. It is off the living room, but also has a private entrance from the hallway. Laundry is in the basement. There will also be a window AC unit, just isn't in yet!

You'd be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with one other person. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment so there's a nice amount of privacy.

Looking for someone who is on the quiet side and likes to keep the kitchen clean (do dishes after cooking, wipe down counters, etc.)
