Our home is a friendly 3 bed, 2.5 bath 1875 Greek revival style farmhouse on 4 acres with mountain, valley and river views.

The yellow house is an idyllic oasis designed for nature and comfort lovers: with a fireplace to cozy up to, a book nook for lazy afternoons, two soaking tubs to sink in after a long day, and a beautiful creek right out front for you to swim, kayak, canoe, or simply sit and sip by the rocks.

A year round delight; the house is surrounded by windows, and gets an abundance of natural light.

On the first floor is an open floor living room, dining room, and kitchen, a half bath, primary bedroom, and a primary bathroom with a shower and claw foot tub.

The second floor has an open office, TV room, a full bedroom, a kid friendly bedroom, laundry, hallway library, and a bathroom with a shower and deep soaking tub.

Right out front is a river where you can float, swim, fish, canoe, kayak or sit by the rocks.

West Fulton is a dream in the foothills of the Catskills. It is home to some of the most beautiful waterfalls, mountain and valley views, and an abundance of hiking, farm stands and scenic drives.

We're about 40 mins from Phoenicia, Windham for that slice of the Catskills. Delaware county is also nearby - Stamford, Bovina, South Kortright, etc. It is a joy to be here year round.
