Come and enjoy the Rondout, a 1960's log cabin with hot tub, nestled in three acres of forest near the hamlet of Grahamsville, on the southern border of Catskill Park,

A great space for work-from-home (2 desks, fast internet), fly-fishing, Eagle watching, hiking, and skiing.

The cabin has two large primary bedrooms with king sized Leesa mattresses, a sunroom with full-sized couch that can pull-out into a bed for weekend visitors.

Both rooms have Branch/Uplift electric sitting/standing desks.

In the lounge there is a huge 120" projector screen, great for movie nights, and an enclosed fireplace for those chillier evenings.

The Roundout has a fully equipped dine-in kitchen, Monument outdoor grill, and a stone hearth/BBQ in the garden, not to mention our top of the line, hot tub-big enough to comfortably seat 4 people!!

Given that we are a mountain retreat, we have also installed a full house generator in the event of power outages so that your stay is not interrupted by inclement weather.

For the more adventurous, the cabin is close to some of the north-east's finest fly-fishing rivers, as well as several ski resorts and the mountains and trails of Catskill Park and the Shawangunk range.

Guests can access the Rondout reservoir located across the street for fishing but need a free permit (See NYC DEP image in listing).

The closest towns is Ellenville. Livingston Manor, Narrowsburg, Callicoon, New Paltz, Accord, and Phoenicia are all within easy reach, offering a plethora of options for dining, spas, breweries, distilleries, antiquing, and the arts.

Originally from London and Miami, Duncan and Danielle now reside in the NYC area. Having spent years visiting the Catskills we finally decided to buy a cabin of our own. We usually list our place on Air BNB (129 with 4.95 stars!) while we are away but since we are going to be on the west coast winter and spring 2025, prefer to find someone in need of a place more long term.
