We have a small bedroom available immediately for a flexible weekly rental. It's the 4th floor of a walk up located at Havemeyer & South 4th St in South Williamsburg. We want to get someone in ASAP. We don't require a security deposit and utilities are included.

The ideal person will have a busy schedule outside the apt and just need a crash pad. We've had success with travelers, grad students, people new to the city who are apt hunting, and people working in the TV/film industry. There is a lot of natural light in the room during the day. Black out blinds/AC for hot nights. Must be 420 friendly. The street gets lively at times so the room will not always be super quiet but during the week nights its not bad. Miele Washer/dryer & dishwasher. There is also a microwave. The living room is small and gets cluttered quickly so we try our best to keep it tidy. It's important you clean up after yourself when you use the common areas. We have a sweet 10lb hypoallergenic service dog. **No guests or other pets permitted.

Apartment is occupied by myself, hubby, our dog child, & one other roommate who frequently travels/tours & has a busy schedule. I'm a filmmaker & classic car enthusiast. My partner is a musician and record collector from Italy who composes 60's style instrumental horror surf music. We eat lunch at noon everyday. We eat dinner in the common area between 6:30-7:30pm. He's in the living room playing music or watching a movie usually until bedtime. Sometimes we practice music in the living room during normal hours never late at night. We are usually in bed by 11pm. We are chill but structured artists looking for the same.
