Hi! I'm a designer with a lot of projects outside of LA this year. Looking to do a long term sublet of my 2 BR/1 BA house in Highland Park. It's tidy and free of personal items and ready for someone who will be respectful of the space.

Ideally looking for a long term sublet (6 months or more), but I'm open to a shorter sublet if it's a good fit.

Located on a hilly cul de sac of Highland Park, just a few blocks from the Eagle Rock Border. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and super friendly and family oriented. We're just a short drive from a lot great stuff:
