Subletting my bright, tastefully decorated one-bedroom apartment in Carroll Gardens. The space is airy and filled with color, with a serene view of a tree-lined inner courtyard. Afternoons and nights are wonderfully quiet, and the neighbors are exceptionally respectful—I’ve lived here for 18 months and have never heard a party. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up (no elevator), but the peaceful atmosphere and charm make it worth it.

Located just around the block from the famous Lucali pizzeria and surrounded by incredible restaurants and coffee shops—East Coast Coffee and Henry’s Local are my personal favorites, both just steps away. It’s a perfect spot for someone who appreciates a cozy, well-connected neighborhood.

The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and comes with ample drawer space for clothes if needed. Amenities include a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer (dryer is currently out of service as of past 3 weeks, but there's a laundromat across the street although ConEd may be fixing it any day now), and two desks for working. Rent is subsidized in exchange for caring for my two sweet cats (normal rent including utilities is about $3500). Ideal for a responsible, cat-loving tenant looking for a calm and cozy home.
