I have a ten-year-old chihuahua-mix named Chiquita. Currently, there are 2 other small dogs who live here until the end of January. This is in an upscale neighborhood near the iconic Hollywood Sign. The room features a comfortable queen-size bed. All utilities are included in the rental price.

Amenities include very fast internet, a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, and a Google TV with streaming and broadcast services. The room is conveniently located across the hall from a bathroom with a charming clawfoot bathtub and a standing shower. There is also a 2nd full bathroom near the front of the house.

In the fenced backyard, you'll find a BBQ for outdoor cooking, lounge chairs, couches, and tables.

The house has all the modern amenities, including a dishwasher, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring appliances like an air fryer, instant pot, and rice cooker. Weekly housekeeping is provided, and free parking is available in the driveway.

My home offers a shared space where you can enjoy making new connections or have complete privacy if that is what you prefer.
