Our brick house will come furnished and has everything you need for a fabulous 6 month stay! A new furnace, Central air and a new Hot Water on demand system will keep you comfy in any weather.

The Kitchen features vaulted ceilings and a skylight, a new induction stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher and all the kitchen gadgets and utensils you could want.

The Living room features a comfy leather couch, a wood stove for extra coziness, a projector with Apple TV, and a ton of board games for fun with the family.

The Primary Bedroom features a California King Size bed, great light and blockout curtains and plenty of storage.

The Second Bedroom features 2 beds: a Queen Mattress and a twin raised bed.

The bathroom features a soaking tub and shower with great water pressure.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement and the backyard is fenced in and has great back patio for staring at the mountain.

The Sublet fee includes a house cleaner 2x a month.

if you want more frequency you can discuss with the cleaner separately.

We are a family of 4 that have lived in Beacon for the last 15 years. We are artists and have been active in the Beacon Community. We are close with our neighbors and love to solicit local business. We have an amazing opportunity to travel overseas for 6 months and would love to find a family to stay in our space that will love it like we do!
