This waterfront home is a 30 minute drive from Hudson, and just a 5 minute walk to the historic Saugerties Lighthouse. The house features water access with kayaks, a sauna, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a wood stove, a theater room, dishwasher, clawfoot tub and rainfall shower, soapstone countertops and custom cherry cabinetry, bidets, washer dryer, lots of light, wifi, garden space, and lime plaster which keeps the house cool and breathable.
The house can be unfurnished or partially furnished. We are very flexible.
About This Lister
My wife and I are both artists from the Hudson Valley. We poured a lot of love into this home and were very intentional with the design. We love to cook and walk our dog on the lighthouse trail. The rental date are flexible.
