The room is a 1 floor walk up, (no elevator) in the heart of Crown Heights. The room has no shred wall, and is at the complete opposite end of the second bedroom. Common Areas are kitchen and bathroom. I will be out a good majority of the time. Supermarkets, Laundromat, Restaurants all with in walking distance, and just a few train stops from the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical gardens. Apartment culture is very zen, clean and quiet. Located on St. John’s PLace between Utica and Schenectady. Wood floors, TV, and WiFi, closest. Sunlight two windows.
