Renting my room on UES (88th street) while I'm away . I've posted the dates that I am gone for, but I am flexible on the dates as long as it's around 6-7 weeks total!

It's 1550/month, total for all of these dates (Nov 5 - Dec 26) would be $2730 or whatever the total amount of days would be.

I have one roommate who is a dear friend, she's an incredible person, works in retail 5 days a week and home the other 2.

Truly love this apartment, we've been here for 3 years. Incredible commute anywhere (4,5,6 trains are like a 3 min walk, and Q train is 5-7 mins away). Many cute coffeeshops around and Central Park is a 10 min walk. Genuinely the only con is that there's no living room, just a kitchen, but it is definitely spacious enough to cook comfortably and chill in the morning with a cup of coffee! We have an espresso machine, coffee grinder, blenders, everything from all-clad to "our home" pots and pans haha.

The calm energy of the apartment is super important to both of us, so everyone who appreciates that too is welcome to stay :)
