- 1 BR out of a 3BR/1Ba Walkup
- $585 for Jan 8-24, or prorated for less, + ~$60 utilities
- Amazingly located: on the same block as the Franklin Av 2/3/4/5
- Very quiet, alley-facing, cozy room
- Lots of wonderful food options nearby – groceries, bars, restaurants, you name it!
- 15 min walk to Prospect Park, 5 min to the Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Garden
- In-Unit washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- Furnished, or flexibly less furnished, depending on your preference. There's a bookshelf, standing desk+chair, decently sized in-room closet, and shikifuton bed.
A little about the roomies:

My friends are two lovely QPOC artists in their late 20s. They are both very busy grad students, MFA Poetry and PhD in Media, Culture and Communication, respectively. Home is a sanctuary from city life – a place with equal parts solitude, joy, and rest. We go for open and direct communication. Humor's always welcome :)
