The Myrtle-Wyckoff station has a new pedestrian plaza with food carts, fruit stand, and outdoor seating. Infinite cafes, bars, restaurants, and street art within a 10 minute walk.
There are no move-in fees and all utilities are included.
Current house makeup is 7 people (5 in this unit, 2 in separate basement unit), with a range of genders and backgrounds, creative folks studying and working in art, tech, music, and trades, all in our 30s. We're tidy and considerate and communicative. We like experimenting with the space, exploring, making stuff, enjoying food and art and life. We're queer friendly, 420 friendly, and friendly.
We care a lot about the cleanliness of the house and clean it regularly - it's important that you join us in this!
We'd get along if you're genuine, interesting, open-minded, and clean. We run into each other and hang out sometimes: no need to be best friends, but it's cool to be interested in and supportive of each other's stuff, and shared meals and meetings about the house happen from time to time.
Not a party house and the vibe is tranquil, but respectful gatherings are welcome, and you can be as social or as quiet as you please.
Most of the running of the house is managed by Sio, who lives in this unit, and in addition the landlord Toby is always available remotely to help resolve any issues that come up.

All that's needed for move-in are deposit and 1st month's rent, plus either a (fast, free) soft credit/background check, or instead references and proof of funds, either's great by me.
