Seeking a roommate in 3 bed 2 bath bushwick apartment, 5 min walk from gates Ave J train. Move in March 1st (this Saturday), you would be applying through landlord & joining a lease that goes til August with the option to renew at that time.
First month's rent+security deposit due to move in. Plenty of light, dishwasher, close walk to the train & many restaurants/bars/grocery stores. Room is small, but gets nice light and is cozy & affordable.

Current roommates are chill and considerate; social in passing while also respecting personal space. One works in a nonprofit, the other is a law student - both typically work during daytime hours. Both queer, kind, laid back, in their mid twenties.

Background check, credit check, and proof of income required. No cats unfortunately because of allergies. Dogs are welcome if well-trained!
Room does not come furnished. $950/month.
