Located in a green and quiet neighborhood between Mitte (the center) and Prenzlauer Berg, the quiet residential street activity, and respectful neighbors give a sense of peace, retreat, and respite to those who visit. Conveniences like a laundry machine, dish washer, bathtub, organic supermarket right at the other side of the street will make your stay more comfortable and convenient.

This apartment is located in the center of the city. It's a two minute walk from the Ml & M12 tram, 4 minute walk to the U8 at Rosenthaler Platz and U2 at Senefelder Platz, and 10 minute walk to Hackescher Markt S-bahn.
Grocery stores, pharmacies and other shops, cafés and restaurants are within 2 min walking distance.

The area around the apartment is very green. The building is situated on a bicycle street so it is wonderfully quiet and has minimal traffic. There are a number of parks nearby and within a one block radius you will find 18 different restaurants/ cafés or bars with food options from all over the world.

The apartment itself is bright, lovingly decorated and clean. It has a full kitchen, bathroom (with a bathtub), bedroom, living room and home office. There is an enclosed garden directly out back that is technically a shared space but we are the only ones that ever use it, so it feels private. We also have a piano and keyboard you are free to use.

My husband and I are musicians and are currently on tour. We have lived in this apartment in Berlin for ten years and absolutely love our apartment and especially the location. It’s so easy to walk to our favorite cafés and restaurants and anything else that we need. We have a keyboard and other instruments that are available for anyone who rents our place to feel free to use! We also love watching movies with a projector on our walls like a private movie theater. It’s a quick walk to the Sunday flea markets in Mauerpark as well as the boutique shops and museum island in Hackescher Markt.
