Incredibly quiet 1 bedroom located in the heart of the East Village!

3rd floor walk-up (two flights of steps). Bathtub is in the kitchen! It's a quintessential NYC tenement apartment. Bedroom has a large armoire, shoe rack, and a full sized bed. Living room/kitchen has a desk for working, tv, couch and coffee table.

The apartment faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet.

**It is tricky to get in and out of the tub as it is on a platform, so be sure you’re comfortable stepping into it!**

Wifi and utilities are included.

$130 one time cleaning fee.

Security deposit dependent on length of stay.

Full payment due upon securing the dates.
