The apartment is light filled with an incredible view of downtown Manhattan. it is a 2 bedroom with a large living room and open plan kitchen. The living room has 5 windows facing south.
The dinning/work area houses my expansive library of art and design books.
The bathroom has an orange soaking tub and your own washer and dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gast stove, large butcher block isle and everything you need to cook beautiful meals. It is a 6th. floor walk-up ( 5th. floor in Europe) in a small quiet East Village building.
Looking for a responsible one or two person sublet, not into partying or loud. This space is for you if you want a peaceful, beautiful retreat from the busy city.

The building is a small Coop, we all know each other. Most owners are older and it is important to be respectful and not too loud. the building is from 1876 and very well maintained. We just installed a new heating system and you can control the levels of heat in the apt. Since my apt is on the top floor, you do have the advantage of no neighbours on top of you and splendid sun light. the disadvantage is that you have to walk up 5 flights. I see it as my personal gym but this might not be suitable for everybody. I also have a washing machine and dryer in the apt so there is no schlepping of laundry:)
