About the apartment:

A spacious 3-bedroom second floor apartment with private balcony and two full baths in a beautiful 2-family building. The house is located steps away from the Newkirk Avenue 2/5 subway stop on a quiet one-way street. Less than 10 minutes bike ride away from top notch restaurants and bars in Ditmas Park.

- Herman Miller chair with dual screen monitor hook up
- Quiet working space
- 70 inch big screen TV in living room
- TV in bedroom
- Granite counter-tops

- In unit washer/dryer
- Private balcony
- Ample street parking
- Neighbors are kind people
- Utilities: No more than 150$ per month per person for most months then goes up slightly in the winter time. Will probably be only around $100 per person during this time of the fall when heat is not required. The utilities includes high speed internet, electric, gas and heat (I could build the utilities into the rent for the month if you'd like)

-My roommate Rishi is a doctoral student at NYU who works outside of the home. He is extremely quiet and respectful and keeps to himself. I think you will find that you have the entire apartment to yourself for the time you are here.

-Unfortunately this is not an accessible space. There are five steps to get to the front porch and another 15 steps to get to the apartment which is on the second floor.

-Rent is normally 1600/month + utilities, However, I have lowered it to $1000+utilities in an attempt to find the right person. If you wanted to rent it for just a week or a shorter period of time, we can discuss, but preference would be given to someone who wanted to stay for the entire period.
