The building is from the late 1920s. The spacious layout is two large rooms on opposite ends of a long, wide hallway. It is located on the ground floor; the living room overlooks our garden.

Laundry on-site, street parking, Smart TV, Philips Hue Bridge (great mood lighting), record player, Bluetooth speakers (living room + bedroom), ballet barre, workout equipment, air fryer, Instant Pot, coffee maker, Zero Water filter, etc.

Dates are flexible within this time frame. Preference to someone who can take the majority of the time.
